Producing and Trading Company “MEKA” is a Company with unlimited responsibilities established in 1992 from private capital. From its establishment it has never been credited by any bank or second person. Firstly, Company was oriented in trade and also for manufacturing of meat products and today Meka has one slaughter house, meat processing plant of 7 MT daily capacity, cold storage in village Plave of 500MT storage capacity, cold storage in Prizren of 400MT storage capacity , storage of dry products and meat processing additives and spices of 300MT, meat shop in Sharr ( Dragash) as well as gasoline station in Village Plave . For the moment have 41 employers.
Regarding the trading relationship, this Company has working relationships with Europe, USA, Latin America Africa and Asia, have representative office in China and intent to open in other countries, whereas meat products mainly are used in Kosovo market and Albania. Distribution of goods and supplying of our partners in Kosovo is being made with ambulant service throughout territory. From its beginning this Company is characterized by fairness, serious and quality of work and products. Another activity is selling of beef casings that are used for filling of Kosovar sausage. Today, main Company’s activity is selling and processing/elaboration of meat and selling of sausage intestine.
